Every set of press-on nails are made by hand using builder gel, multiple layers of gel polish, and at least two layers of top coat to ensure long-lasting, durable nails that shine and withstand everyday activites

If you are a first-time customer or an existing customer purchasing a different shape/length than you have before, you can order size kits prior to purchasing custom sets. Otherwise, if you order a custom set and we do not have your nail sizes on file, we will first dispatch a nail sizing kit to you PRIOR to creating your press on nails. Once you submit your nail sizes to us, your press-on will be made and shipped to you. 

Your nail sizes for that particular shape/length will then be on file, so future orders of the same shape/length will arrive quicker, as we won't need to first ship a size kit to you. 

You can always add additional sizing kits to your orders if you would like to try another style in the future. 

Press on nail sets typically include 10 nails which are custom made to fit your personal nail sizes. You also have the option to order 20 piece sets, which include 2 nails in every size, as well as a complementary sizing kit in your chosen nail style for future 10 piece orders.

20 piece nail sets can be ideal if have not sized with us previously. They are also a great option for first-time international customers who live outside of the US. 

All of our press on nails are handcrafted and take time to make, as we take great care to ensure they are prfect and of the hightest quality. 10 Piece sets can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours to craft, and 20 piece sets take twice that amount of time and product. 

Press-on nail prep kits are sold separately. They include a mini nail file, a mini buffer, wood cuticle pusher, nail glue or adhesive tabs, and an alcohol wipes.

Press-on nail orders will typically be shipped within 2-4 business days, depending on our current processing time. 

If you are a first-time customer, or an existing customer who purchased a different length/shape than you have before, you will first be shipped a sizing kit. After you submit your nail sizes to us (using this form), we will begin crafting your nails. They will typically be shipped within 2-4 business days after we receive your nail sizes.

Orders with items other than custom press-ons that first require sizing, will be shipped within 2-4 business days. 

If your order includes custom nails which require us to send you a sizing kit, as well as other items, you will first be dispatched a size kit, and other items (less your press-on nails). Your nail sets will be shipped separately, 2-4 days after we receive your sizes. 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number for your order when it ships.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return of new and unused items within 14 days of receipt, and issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping and handling. Your refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Returns may be initiated by emailing Hello@dankclaws.com. Please include your name and order number in your email. We will reply with return instructions within 2-3 business days.

*Items not eligible for return includes customized and personal care items, such as press-on nails.

Please Note: Any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was made on our part. In the rare event that you do receive an imperfect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt by emailing Hello@dankclaws.com. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service, and overall satisfaction.
